How the fee works

22.5% of realized profit goes to the R&D wallet on each payout. Never your principal, never on losses, never on deposits.

Example: a trade makes $2.00 profit. You get $1.50 sent to your payout wallet and $0.50 goes to R&D. Losing trades pay no fee.

Why 22.5%: our operating costs (servers, market data, AI and ongoing development) average about 22% of profits.

How much, and how bold?

Pick a starting style, then adjust anything. Every number below updates with your choices, so you can see what it means in dollars.

Trial: $50 maximum per client. Don't deposit more than $50.
What does this mean?

Capital is the most money the bot will work with. It never uses more than this, even if your wallet holds more. Keep a little extra SOL in the wallet for network fees. Only use money you can afford to lose.

What does this mean?

Risk is the share of your capital the bot puts into ONE trade. Smaller risk means smaller trades, so each loss or win moves your balance less, and the bot can hold more trades at once.

What does this mean?

When a trade is up by this much, the bot sells it and locks in the profit. A lower take-profit sells sooner and more often. A higher one waits for bigger moves that happen less often.

What does this mean?

When a trade is down by this much, the bot sells it to stop the loss from growing. In very fast markets the sale can fill a bit worse than the limit, so treat the number as "about".

What does this mean?

The most trades the bot keeps open at the same time. Together with your risk per trade this sets how much of your capital can be in trades at once. It never exceeds your capital.

What does this mean?

A safety brake. If today's closed trades lose this share of what you started the day with, the bot stops opening new trades until tomorrow (Cancun time). It still manages and can sell trades that are already open.

What does this mean?

Profit from each winning trade is sent to the payout wallet you add in the next step, minus the 22.5% fee on profit. Your starting capital stays in the bot wallet so it can keep trading. You can withdraw any time from the Withdraw tab.

Your bot's wallet belongs to you. These 12 words let you open it in Phantom any time, even without this website. They are shown only once.

  1. Write the words on paper, in order, and keep the paper somewhere safe and offline.
  2. Never screenshot, photograph or share them — not with support, not with the owner, not with anyone. Anyone who has them can take your funds.
  3. To open the wallet in Phantom: Add / Connect wallet → Import recovery phrase, type the 12 words. You'll see the same deposit address.

Your bot starts in paper mode (simulated trades, no real swaps) until the owner switches you to live. To start paper trading, deposit $100 USD worth of SOL at the live price, plus an extra 0.02 SOL contribution to the gas-fee reserve. Live trading uses its own separate minimums.

What does this mean?

Your bot keeps trading until you stop it. It does not pause on its own after a losing day.

Stop engine stops new buys. Positions you already hold stay open and still sell at your take-profit or stop-loss. Nothing is sold when you press Stop. To close everything now, use Sell all.

USDC, USDT and other stablecoins in your bot wallet are converted to SOL so they can trade. USDC needed for your subscription is always kept.
Tokens the bot is not trading are sold to SOL automatically (after 10 minutes, if they are worth $0.50 or more), and empty token accounts are closed to get their rent back. Turn this off to keep them.

What does this mean?

Auto-rollover: profit from a winning trade stays in your bot wallet. Your balance grows, and later trades are sized from the bigger balance, so gains can compound (and so can losses). You can withdraw at any time from the Withdraw tab.

Send profits to my payout address: after each winning trade, the profit is sent to your own payout wallet, and your starting capital stays in the bot to keep trading.

The 22.5% fee on realized profit is the same either way. Losing trades pay no fee. You can switch whenever you like, and the change applies from the next winning trade.
